Terms of Use
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms apply to Integrator Optics: the website, the app, the customer portal and integrations such as Integrator Optics for Microsoft 365 Copilot. By using it you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. Each login is for one person; logins may not be shared.
- The business that holds the subscription is responsible for who it gives access to and what roles they have.
- Tell us promptly at support@integratoroptics.com if you think your account has been misused.
Your data
The business owns the data it puts into Integrator Optics. It gives us permission to store and process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. A business can export its data while its subscription is active.
Acceptable use
Do not use Integrator Optics to:
- break the law, or send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- upload malicious code, or try to get around security, access limits or usage limits;
- access another business’s data, or resell the service without our written agreement.
Subscriptions, add-ons and payment
Plans and add-ons are billed in advance at the prices shown when you subscribe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period. Payments your customers make to you through Stripe or QuickBooks are between you, your customer and that provider; their terms apply.
AI features and integrations
- AI features, including Integrator AI and Integrator Optics for Microsoft 365 Copilot, can make mistakes. Review what they create; anything they make is marked for review, and they never send to your customers on their own.
- Integrations with other services (such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Stripe and QuickBooks) are also subject to those services’ terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Integrator Optics available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time and will give notice of changes that significantly reduce what you can do.
Ending use
You can cancel at any time; the service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or non-payment, after notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Integrator Optics is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the business paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
